01Agreement to Terms

By accessing surebetaffiliates.com or the SureBetAffiliates partner panel you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the program agreement presented at registration. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the network.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in gambling affiliate programs is prohibited. All information provided at signup must be accurate and kept up to date.

03Affiliate Obligations

You agree not to use misleading creatives or claims, not to send incentivized traffic without prior written approval, not to bid on brand terms where this is prohibited, and to comply with the advertising rules and responsible-gambling requirements of every market you target.

Traffic sources must be disclosed truthfully. We reserve the right to request evidence of how traffic is generated at any time.

04Commissions & Payments

Commission terms are defined by the deal assigned to your account in the partner panel. RevShare is calculated on Net Gaming Revenue. Balances close weekly with a $100 minimum; amounts below the minimum roll over. Commissions generated by fraudulent or non-compliant traffic are void.

05Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. In cases of fraud or material breach we may suspend the account immediately and withhold commissions attributable to the breach.

06Liability & Changes

The network and this website are provided "as is". We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the network constitutes acceptance.
